The conditions in which the market is slow can allow us to analyze more clearly and more deeply.

If we don't want to trade in a large range pair then choose EU/USD or AUD/USD or NZD/USD

if indeed the market conditions are slow you should choose another currency pair because there are many currency pairs that you can choose

if the market is moving slowly then I just leave it and I go watch TV.

In a slow market make us are boredom to wait, for protecting the account, stopping trading will be convenient rather than enforced to trade, it will be riskier in a slow market, first spread charged in every order, and second, need higher patience to wait. third, it is possible sudden spike due to a slow market waiting for news releases.

I rarely trade during the Asian session so I rarely find slow moving markets, even if there are I don't enter the market.
