As long as my pending order is not touched then I will not do anything when the market moves slowly because for me a slow moving market is normal.

the market whose movement is slow it will greatly make our emotions unstable, so we should just avoid it

if the market is in a slow movement condition, then we should avoid it, because it can provoke our emotions easily

If the market moves slowly, it's time for us to observe whether the price will break support or resistance. It's better not to be bored waiting when the price moves slowly because later the price will definitely move quickly again

When pasae slowly you can do whatever you want to analyze maybe that situation makes you less stressed.

Usually what I do is look for another currency pair because while I was waiting it would take so long I decided to look for another.

I'll take a quick look, but you can see that the important thing here is that you can maintain consistency in your choosing a currency pair.

what I will do when the market is experiencing uncertainty I will do an analysis first for sure if I can't find anything else

when the pair becomes slow it also becomes lazy to do traditional activities but you can wait until a pattern occurs

Look for currency pairs that have good volatility because there are so many currency pairs that you can use, it doesn't have to be one currency pair.

If the market moves slowly then we will wait, if there is a position then I will just leave it until my take profit is touched, usually when the bank is on holiday, the forex market will move more slowly.
