Fear or fear in trading is a common thing, especially among beginners. So it must be trained continuously in order to be free from this fear. One of them is by way of transactions starting small, then continuing to grow and then being free.

The way to fight fear is by trading rules and systems. The first thing that must be owned is sufficient capital, say $100. then set trading rules, both the use of lots, trading hours, and strategies.

As long as we don't have confidence in our ability to trade and as long as we haven't been able to apply risk management and MM properly and wisely, we will forever be haunted by fear when trading, whether it's afraid to take a position, afraid after suffering floating minus and afraid of losing or even MC.

Fear, apart from coming from within ourselves, is also triggered by actual external factors such as not applying good trading methods, using large lots, not applying MM and RM properly and so on.

One way and in my opinion the most effective way to control and eliminate fear when trading, especially fear of suffering a big loss or MC is by trading with good and correct strategies, implementing risk management and MM properly and wisely and confident in analytical skills that we have.

You have to be able to get rid of your fears in forex trading because when you can't get rid of those fears in If you are then you will always find stress and you can't focus on your results So you have to know how to anticipate all of that?

Actually the fear is due to our lack of knowledge in forex, just try it if you can learn forex then trading will have no fear, instead trading is happy because you can make a profit

The way to fight fear, we have to really learn about forex science, God willing, if we can analyze it then the fear will disappear by itself.
