Maybe there is a time when you want to stop trading and you are attracted to more structured working hours like before when you were an employee, then if that is what you want, in my opinion there is no problem.

In forex trading, I think we need rest time so that you don't get bored of trading and want to stop, Saturday and Sunday should be the right time to go on holiday so that your mind can relax.

Don't ever want to stop when you trade, even if you lose, you have to be able to accept that. You have to be able to fight for yourself.

Indeed, sometimes we want to stop trading because sharp and unexpected market price fluctuations can cause us to lose even though we have done the analysis and we feel bored with it.
