In my opinion, it's useless to stop trading because it will make you lose more money because you don't have the enthusiasm to do it again. It's better if you evaluate every loss you lose and trade again.

In my opinion you don't need to stop trading when you are having difficulty making a profit. Don't give up easily on something you have used in the beginning. You have to keep going until you can get consistent results.
