The method for practicing patience is that you wait in the right area, if you don't have time then you can create a pending order, this method is often used because when the price goes to our pending order then our account will automatically open a new position.

In my opinion, don't just learn to use the long term but learn to wait for momentum because by waiting for momentum we won't open positions at will

The method so that you can be patient in trading is that you should not trade in small time frames or do scalping. I think by choosing a larger time frame you will be able to see the market more rationally and of course you will be more patient.

In my opinion, if you want to practice patience then try trading on a larger TF and be patient in accepting losses because it could be that the cause of the loss is a valid reason, or just made up.

Using the patience method in my opinion is waiting for good momentum using a long period of time and focusing on confirmation of the pattern
