With this pattern it's good because with this pattern you can get confirmation for a reversal in the right direction by using a triple bottom

if you want to use a triple bottom in my opinion it is very good, but we also don't forget to use a stop loss to limit risk.

Triple bottom is good but I think this pattern appears a bit less often. I myself currently use the price action technique more and I feel comfortable with the technique I use.
