Trends are my friend in my opinion when we run analysis using a long time period of at least 1 hour or more or 4 hours or more below that I think we cannot apply trends so I agree with what you said but it must be at least above one hour

The easiest trading style for me is when following market trends, I always follow trends in large time frames
