Music may have an effect when trading, but only for a part. 
because not all like music and certainly not affect them for trading forex.

Music is for entertainment, listening music during trading for some trader help them to make relax, and trading in relaxing will more focus on the analysis and decision, but depending with genre music, hard rock music might disturbed in minds and make less focus
