It’s a good way to feel more calm and safe at the time of work but it must be music that keeps us completely focused on the operations we are performing, I personally prefer to listen to the genre Jazz while trading as it relaxes my mind and keeps me focused on the work I am doing, with other genres of music it is more complicated to keep control of my operations.
