Trading is a simple job and can be done from anywhere. If there is a choice and we have sufficient ability then it is better for us to choose trading.

I think you can use both, because trading is not like 8 hours each day, trading can be done anytime and anywhere, you can even trade using your smartphone, so there is no reason to choose one of them
