Weekend trading is risky if you don't use a good MM, just like trading on a normal day.
really miss, indeed trading on any day is the same, the only difference is the risk management applied.

Weekend trading is widely discussed and there is no absolute thing that explains that trading on weekends, especially Friday is risky because basically trading on any day is also at risk if you don't use MM that is organized.

trading on weekends even if with a wise MM it will be safe and comfortable, depending on the trading style also if the long term also passes Friday with transactions.

Some trader they don`t like to trade on weekend, or at Friday as the last time market opened, they have reason if trading on last week, usually movement will move randomly, and not easy to analyze, due at close time market will close, there are so many big traders closed position to avoid swap fee

Poor news will be released on Friday so it's understandable that the price movements are erratic and unpredictable.

You can do BUY STOP and SELL STOP at the end of the week, ahead of the market closure in the hope that one of the pending orders will be executed at the beginning of the week.

even though there is nothing different on weekends, it's still safe to do good money management.

management risk will provide security to our balance, regardless of market conditions
in managing risk is very important, by looking at the condition of the balance, the use of lots in accordance with the margin so that the balance is always safe and well developed
