In my opinion, we should think realistically when trading and not be too optimistic, because if we are too optimistic, in my opinion, we are too ambitious and will approach high emotions. In trading, it is necessary for us to remain calm so that we still have realistic targets

This is actually a difficult choice because we also need to have a sense of optimism without trading and not just a realistic mindset. Maybe a realistic mindset is more likely to reach our desired targets while an optimistic mindset encourages us to be more enthusiastic.
