I see that when you can be optimistic and you can be realistic at the same time maybe you can get big profits and maybe later you can focus on trading in a better way.

make it a habit to always think realistically when trading forex because after all, if we are only optimistic but not realistic in implementing targets then it will all be useless

If a trader thinks realistically then that is very good, and maybe he will be successful in trading because of course his targets will also be realistic.
