If we feel that the profit is enough, we can cut the profit even though for example the take profit has not been touched, sometimes we feel irritated when the TP is not touched and the price immediately reverses direction.

Don't look at the chart too often, if you have a take profit and stop loss pair then just close the chart, indeed sometimes the price wants to touch the take profit but reverses direction again and this is a normal thing in forex trading.
