I think exercise is the most important thing because by maintaining a healthy body, our mind and analysis will automatically be better than a body that is sick.

sport is spiritual food so it is very important because spiritual and physical are interconnected, if one is not healthy then the other is also sick and exercise is needed by a trader.

For me, exercise is very important so that we stay fit and healthy, considering that trading is an activity that doesn't move, we are very vulnerable to getting sick if we don't exercise.
