THE IMPORTANCE OF SPORT FOR TRADER

Good morning friends .. How are you doing this week? Hopefully this is fine .., Today I will not discuss market analysis but want to discuss the importance of sports for traders. As a trader we certainly will not be far from the name of a computer, laptop, or other electronic equipment. The longer we are dealing with electronics, the more side effects in the long run. Regardless we feel healthy now, feeling fit today, or feeling strong this month, maintaining health is mandatory and needs to be done from now on. Especially for a beginner, must practice a lot with charts. Gradually, there will be some side effects that can arise. From the effects of computer radiation, to the level of decreased stamina. To maintain our health, you should take one hour once for a walk for 5-10 minutes. If within one hour we do not move the whole limb, the long term effect is found in blood clots in the back and hip area. Of course we don't want to be sick because we rarely move, do we? I myself Within one week took 3 days to exercise that is by playing Badminton together with friends, which is Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, I used to be really lazy to exercise because of addiction in front of the chart, just imagine I could many hours in front of the chart just to see the price back and forth and not infrequently I even stayed up late instead of often sleeping at 4 in the morning, as a result I experienced Onsomnia but thank God now it's cured.
Some of us may be many who underestimate this sport, especially if the trader is already floating minus, usually forgetting sports even though this sport is very important. Sports Exercise does not have to run, but by doing physical exercise, or just walking in place, it has helped the body's metabolism run normally. Besides sports, don't forget to drink lots of water because as we know the brain needs more nutrients than our body. So, mineral water is able to balance temperature, become a bridge of nutrient transportation, and replace fluids lost due to sweat.

every trader is obliged to maintain his health because health also supports trading so he can do light exercise such as swimming, cycling, jogging and so on.
