When you like to blame the broker you use it's the same as you like to blame others for your mistakes.  So you should never turn on the broker you are using because it is not effective.

blame the broker for the loss we experienced for me is a funny and silly thing, because it won't make us better, it won't make us consistent profit, so it doesn't need to be done again

Indeed, if possible, you should never complain to your broker because a little you complain does not reflect the attitude of a foreign exchange trader.
