Feeling like we have lost our skills is what we usually do or feel when we fail, when we MC, usually that will happen and we will feel that everything is pointless, but we have to be enthusiastic, we have to get up, we have to keep evaluating.

Talking about conditions where we feel we have lost our skills in trading is the same as talking about many complaints within ourselves, we should immediately address these things so that we can focus more.

losing something is a normal thing. When you feel you have lost knowledge then you should try again and be able to learn to use a demo account with the right results.

The cause of the feeling of loss of skill is that you are in the wrong trade which means a trade that does not match your trading plan. I think this is a normal thing and doesn't need to be thought too much about.
