that's what I experienced a few years ago when indeed I never felt like I failed in trading because before I lost a lot of money the optimism was gone and I wasn't motivated to do anything but I realized a few days later that this was all pointless from there I trying to make peace with everything

Don't ever feel worried about your skills being lost. You can try something that can make your skills return to how they were before. You have to be able to keep honing your skills by analyzing properly.

you just keep on practicing so you can get good skills when you are less skilled in a field, then you should be able to clarify with lots of practice never think negatively about anything

You have to be passionate about learning something well so that loss of skill doesn't happen to you. Usually, that skill will be lost when you don't hone your knowledge well and you're too lazy to learn.

if indeed you feel like that you should not feel comfortable for trading you have to stick to practice You have to be able to master your knowledge well you are also more to form a more precise personality so you are not careless
