Actually, using any time frame in trading is not a problem, as long as we are willing to learn a good system and rules and apply them with discipline, and also practice controlling our psychology.

It would be better to use a long time period, but if you can use a short time period, that's fine, but for beginners, I suggest using a long time period, at least 1 hour, 4 hours or one day, that's good for knowing the current trend.
