It is better to use a high time period because when you use a high time period. Then your analysis will be good enough to get more satisfying results

Using a high timeframe does require learning, but it's nice to use a high timeframe that can make you focus on making better trades.

it's better to use a long time period first. Then after that you open a position using a short time period, which is more important in my opinion

For me, it is more fun to use a high timeframe because when we use a high timeframe we don't have too many open positions

Whatever time frame you use, I think the advantage of forex trading is related to its time flexibility, so you are free to use any time frame in trading.
