honestly I prefer to use forex because it is more accountable for market price movements and not just an uncertain transaction. because forex has been proven to provide an advantage for traders who run the trading system well so far. so my choice is forex.

in my opinion it is better forex, forex is a two-way sell and buy can generate profits, bitcoin is only one direction, only buy for profit.

forex is safer than bitcoin, the spread is very high and unstable, if it goes up and down like there is no limit. while forex is all low spread and also more stable.
