Mistakes are the things that most people want to avoid, what else in the work, because mistakes that have been made will cause harm which will certainly make us disappointed, but do many people who are successful and able to rise up to be better than mistakes that have been they do, evaluate and make improvements is a powerful way to rise from mistakes.

Evaluation is mandatory, friend. without evaluation we will not know how far we have made a mistake and we will never be able to make improvements to what we have done and produce failures.
