releasing emotions is one of the things traders dislike the most because most traders prefer to trade freely, even though emotions are one of the most damaging things to our psychology and trading accounts.

emotions should not only be released but also must be controlled properly because controlled and carefree emotions will help to sharpen the analysis.

releasing emotions is the same as we market but still have emotional control over it. Emotions are often used as a scapegoat for a loss.

There is no point in holding back emotions, it is better if emotions are released so that thoughts become stable again.
Everything there must be a better way to succeed atforex, not because 1-2 times fail we feel frustrated and give up.

Emotions will be very annoying when trading, when trading it is more advisable to be in a relaxed state and not have a burden on other problems.
If emotions are bad it is better to avoid forex trading and calm those emotions.
