Trading psychology and mental structuring are important for a successful forex trader, so you can say the key to successful trading.
But trading also requires other training to be successful.

Psychology is very important, but I agree with the statements of friends above that psychology is not the only determinant of success in forex but the factors of capital and skills are also very important.

in my opinion it is also not right because no matter how good the psychology is if a trader does not have a good strategy and management it will be difficult to be successful in forex.
