For me as long as it is used correctly one system can be used for all pairs.

In my opinion, the use of a technique depends on the individual and who created the technique. There are techniques that are designed to be used in all pairs, some are specific to certain pairs. Usually the technique that is only used for certain pairs is the design system of observing and studying the history of the market pair's patterns. For this reason the architect of the technique recommends the use of the technique only for pairs that are compatible with the technique. Because, the nature of each pair is different, starting from the volume and so on.

indeed there are certain techniques that are suitable for all pairs but not short-term strategies, usually the strategy used is the medium-term strategy to make it more suitable for short-term and long-term use or all time frames.

I rarely find any strategy that is suitable for all pairs, usually a strategy is only suitable for certain pairs, but maybe indeed the strategy for all pairs must be modified for its use on certain pairs that are not the system's default.

It seems that strategies that are suitable for all time frames are very rare because usually traders make strategies focused on certain time frames or certain styles such as short-term or vice versa.

in my opinion it's quite rare that there are techniques that are suitable for use in all pairs, but there are usually haruys to change settings or some aspects to fit in a time frame that is not the default time frame of the system.

in my opinion, 1 technique could be used in many pairs, it's just that you have to understand the news so that this technique can be in line with the market

I rarely see a technique that is suitable for all pairs, if there are many strategies for several pairs but rarely traders who make special strategies for very large time frames, for example, the Montly time frame.

most of the techniques that traders have only focus on certain pairs but if the techniques for all pairs in my opinion are very rare, if there are certainly the strategies are quite complicated.

usually each style will have a different strategy, for example scalping will be different from the long term and scalping strategy cannot possibly be applied to the long term style.

if you want to have a strategy that fits in all pairs in my opinion you have to experiment on your own with existing strategies and modify them to fit all time frames.

There is rarely a strategy that can be used in all time frames, if there is, of course, the strategy is quite complex and has a system rule that is quite difficult to change or apply in any time frame.

actually there is a strategy that can be used in all pairs, it's just that we can't make it or find it because it's a strategy that in my opinion is very rare.

not on the pairs used but in what pairs are most suitable for this strategy because usually a strategy is created through trial and error and always uses one pair for experiments.
