In my opinion. the profit limit is better than no profit at all. Profit limit is part of a good trading plan and is very disciplined in maintaining our trading balance, sir. so. use the best profit limit in our trading.

my profit target set so that I don't over trade, and keep my psychological condition perfect.
yes, all this time I have always limited profits, because from my experience limiting profits is the same as making ourselves disciplined, and avoiding sitat greedy ... limiting or not being restricted at all, not the most important ending withdrawal of profits or raising capital

Should we have a target or limit in looking for profit in a day?

This is good, it's true, when a trader has set a profit target but forgets the limit of losses, I am sure it is the loss that will approach him.
how can you do it if you have decided where the target is but instead you don't apply the limit to how much?
if the implementation is so certain the system is not healthy and I don't think about it
because what I know is that the first placement is that we are willing to lose what new target is set, that is what is called the plan

as long as you are trading in this forex world. do you limit what your profit is? and whether you have enough to get your profits during your trading
if i got 10 pip or 100 points with high lot that might be okay but i usually use low lot so maybe my target between 15 or 25 pip, i got scared if hold it for more time ahaha, scared of the price will be reverted back i guess

absolutely right ... limir profit means limiting our profits according to the target that has been achieved, sometimes we have felt, we have profit today but we want to increase the profit by trading again, but the result is even a loss. I think that's the importance of profit limits

In trading on my forex, I must limit how much profit and loss because it is one of the ways we can manage our finances in trading, but that is not enough, we must have sufficient analysis both in terms of technique and fundamentals, and we must calculate our lot so that our capital is strong enough, this immersion that I apply the results is quite satisfying for me, because I can hold up to 1 to 2 weeks of my trade, with minimal capital if we can manage it will certainly succeed also in trading.

I am not targeting profit because I am a swing trading so sometimes we wait for the right time to open a position, except when my scalping targets my profit
I agree with your opinion, indeed scalping people will target profits and limit this loss because they take a certain opportunity with a large lot size, if scalping is not restricted then if something goes wrong or invalid analysis we will end up losing big and even MC. if I am a day trade, I rarely limit profits, but for example it is enough that we just cut profits, which makes us able to learn to hold our emotions in trading forex.

of course I limit profits. if it is uncertain it will always be greedy in taking profits, and finally when the market reverses all your profits will disappear.

therefore use the TP and SL strategy that suits your needs, and always do it.
so that things don't happen that don't happen

My target is how long my account can survive and gain profit and avoid the margin call. if the loss is definitely the most important, my account will avoid the margin call, that is enough. then how about you what is your target in this forex whether daily, weekly, or monthly profit

I don't think how long it will last, but more precisely how long you trade.
whether you are a trader daily or weekly and monthly.
if you are a daily trader then use your daily target limit with tf 1D.
as well as traders weekly and monthly.

if you talk about limits, it's better to use% friends.
for example the $ 500 capital of the target period is $ 5.

I think 1 day 3-10% of our total balance, it's already pretty good.
