learning to love now is something wise because if you hate your defeat then you are the same as insulting the technique you use, whatever the result, whether natural or winning, it is the result of your own analysis technique so learn to always love whatever you produce

We can learn to love our defeats, it doesn't mean we like it when we lose, but what I mean is that when we experience defeat we must be patient and not have excessive emotions that can make us depressed, for that patience is very important.

You have to be sincere or love what is called a loss, it doesn't mean you like the activity. What I mean is when you are sincere you will be humbled in carrying out all the efforts you do.
