If we want to take lessons from experience then everyone is now successful, but only some people want to use that experience as a teacher, so it's not surprising to see that there are people who fail repeatedly because they don't want to learn from experience.

Each person's final result will most likely be different depending on his experience and how much he learns from that experience, because there are also traders who have a lot of experience but their trading can never progress.

That experience will make you successful as long as you can change that experience for the better.  If the planting was bad, but if the experience was good, then you can continue, you can develop it and you can use it again.

Every experience certainly has its strengths and weaknesses. Instead of asking more often or which one is better, it's better if you study properly first so that later you will be able to get a good experience.
