when we trade we have to use stop-loss because when we don't use stop loss we will find it difficult to calm down because by using stop loss we will be winners to open our positions and we will not feel paranoid that's something I always keep in mind me and i like to use medium term or weekly

The use of stop loss is indeed very important because when you can't use stop loss in an effective way, you will have trouble later so make sure the use of stop loss will always function properly when you trade forex. So that is the most important thing

We use stop loss depending on the market situation we are facing. but I myself mostly use stop loss to secure my capital.

In my opinion, stop loss is very necessary, especially for traders who trade with swings, because when they don't see the chart, the stop loss will limit the risk of getting a big loss.
