If this is the case, I suggest you rest first and temporarily trade on a demo account with a more relaxed (relaxed) mind. Maybe you feel pressured to be able to succeed as soon as possible, or maybe use funds to be used (not funds that are currently unemployed). At the time of trading the mind must relax but focus on the market. Try to make a journal also on the demo account until you do not repeat the error again, then return to the real account.

That's right, for that we need to do an evaluation and improvement as long as we trade forex so that it doesn't fall into the same hole because a trader for living must be perfect and no psychology can shake it.

yeah if we use real money of course there is pressure on us, its different when use a demo account or even a bonus account, this pressure sometime can eliminate our account in instant if we dont patient enough, that mistake should be write in journal just like you said

never repeat the mistakes we made when trading because it will confuse the mind, as much as possible do an evaluation when making a mistake.

Past mistakes should not be forgotten but make it an experience to face market conditions in the future because prices tend to repeat themselves so don't forget about mistakes.
