In my opinion, the important discipline here is about management and about money. When you can manage your money well, manage your risk management well with discipline, then your life with trading will be consistent.

Maybe this seems simple, but when we try to wake up early in the morning we are disciplined. Waking up early is one of the most effective ways to practice discipline. Waking up early will help you to start the day productively.

I train my discipline by not looking at the chart for too long, because if I look at the chart for more than an hour sometimes my discipline disappears and I open a position again and this of course I think is the wrong thing.
