I think you can try to lock in some of your profits at some point when you are already profitable, that is one way to overcome technical weakness.

I suggest always using stop loss and take profit every time you open a position because it is a good thing so that you don't experience floating minus and make sure you always use a clear trading plan that you have made.

In my opinion, you don't need to worry about technical analysis mistakes. What you have to do here is limit risk by managing using a good trading plan and always using clear targets.
