When you have a bad experience. When you always experience failure, maybe there you will always panic.  In my opinion, all of this can be overcome if you continue to practice and remain motivated to succeed well.

Something that panics actually makes you unable to focus when you are panicking, so you have to be able to prepare yourself mentally well. You have to be able to focus on carrying out trading correctly, you don't have to be afraid if you are right.

Panic can usually be overcome with patience and calm because usually when you panic, your emotions will not be able to get high profits.  So in this case it is very important to train your psychology.

Usually panic is because you can't trade effectively. People who panic easily will always be afraid, which will always make things worse and you must be able to make good use of this.

When you panic, then you should be able to focus on carrying out trades in a relaxed manner, don't panic because panic indicates that you are not confident in all your systems, so you should focus on fulfilling what happens.

Usually people who panic are people who don't understand how to trade well, they only use instinct and that will make you lose. You should train your mentality first. You have to understand your method so you can focus on trading.

In my opinion, there is no need to panic when you trade forex as long as you have created a good system then everything will be safe, there is no need to be afraid of anything, it is just a matter of time to learn.

If a trader can get rid of panic then someone can be successful by trying, growing and being able to change, because this feeling of panic will make a trader unable to make correct analysis.

I think so that we don't panic, we have to be prepared for everything that will happen in forex trading. Like the weather, the forex market will always experience changes, so no one can predict when a trend will start and end.

Panic comes because you don't believe in your own way of doing analysis, even though you actually can, but you have to be able to instill a good mindset so you don't panic easily when you fail or something else.

If you want to get rid of panic, you only need to follow your trading rules because trading rules are signs that a trader must obey in order to avoid several unwanted things and not panic.
