In my opinion, you don't need to panic when trading forex. You have to be confident. You have to be confident in your own knowledge. Use strict management. Use easy analysis that you have already practiced using a demo account.

In my opinion, you don't need to panic when trading, just be confident with all your knowledge. When you trade, use stoploss and take profit, use correct analysis, use correct management, that's the point.
