What often makes us panic is excessive loss and we have little capital left. If you want to get rid of panic in forex trading, then try to use small lots and don't trade too much

Panic is a natural situation considering what you are doing is a risky job, but the problem is the more you panic the more you can't concentrate, so my advice instead of panicking you should be sincere.

One way to get rid of panic when we are trading is by not looking at the chart when we have opened a position. Let our trading system work and touch the TP or SL.

When you panic, you can always think about good things, when you panic, you don't have to look at mt4, you can always imagine something happy and you can be optimistic about winning, that's what I did when I panicked when I saw Open. My position has not shown signs of floating plus

Don't panic when the price direction doesn't match our analysis because panic will make our hearts unhealthy, if we use a stop loss and use lots that match the capital we have then I'm sure we won't panic.

to overcome panic you have to be sincere about whatever you will get later, whether it's profit or loss, it doesn't matter it's all just something that really exists in the trading world and indeed you have to be able to experience panic it will only make you disturbed conditionally mental and psychological.

Eliminating panic when trading, must be done because when we panic, we will experience loss, it is even possible that we will open the wrong position when in a panic.

Quick panic thoughts will only make us unable to carry out activities calmly because when we panic we will not be able to concentrate and it's best when trading forex don't panic even though we MC just try our best.
