risk level is a level that must be given up by a trader so it must be determined within reasonable limits so as not to disturb the mental and psychological of the trader.

the right level to determine is the level where we believe and can give up these losses and the targets we are aiming for. usually by applying a risk reward ratio that is good and correct.

The level of risk is determined by determining several conditions, determining the risk based on the Risk Reward is also good and can be the right position.

the level of risk can be determined by managing the capital we have and what strategies are compatible with it. the ideal level of risk can usually be calculated with a certain formula, I forgot the formula.

If you have $100 in the account and take a risk 2% hence in every trades take the risk for $2, so using smallest lot size, 0.01 with stop loss 20 pips

In my opinion, if we want to trade with a big risk we have to have good skills first, then we have to have a mentally ready, then we have to have enough experience.

The risk level is calculated and determined based on the capital owned by the trader, taking into account the resilience of capital, we will find a good number of profit and loss levels.

To be able to measure the level of risk that is good, in my opinion, we must first set the maximum risk limit that we can face or accept from the start, and we set it in our money management

To determine the level of risk we face, we can use the support and resistance areas to see how many potential losses and profits we can get

To limit the risk in trading, we need a risk limit at the beginning when we want to enter the market so that we will have a limit on what the maximum loss we can bear

There are many approaches to measuring the Rsk reward ratio, including using pips, percentages, or even based on the chart itself such as candlesticks or other indicators. However, the most commonly used is the ratio 2: 1 or 1: 1.

The ratio of 2: 1 means that we are giving up risk 2 times greater than profit. If for example we are targeting a profit of 30 pips, then SL is installed at a distance of 60 pips from the entry. Or for example, if we set a maximum loss of 1%, then the profit target is 0.5% of the balance. For 1: 1, just calculate the ratio using the same method.

Of course this can be determined based on the trading system that we use, or based on the SNR area
