there is no other way to conquer it all except from yourself when you have a good mindset and you can control your passions then it will automatically happen automatically you will open a position fairly with the use of a lot volume which is also reasonable it all depends on each human self

Make a mature trading plan and change your mindset so you can conquer overlots and overtrades Because it all depends on your own mindset not from other people I'm sure you can, the important thing is that you want to try

If you don't want to always use a lot of open positions or you don't want to use a lot of lots try to use a longer timeframe and you have to be a trader for at least the medium term so you don't open a lot of positions and you don't use a lot lot

Over lot we can actually overcome by reducing leverage because with a little leverage will make us unable to open excessive lots.
