over lot and over trade are 2 things that must be avoided in trading, to be able to avoid both, we can do good management, especially mind management.

over trade can be handled with risk management and trading plans, while over lot can be handled by using well-controlled and well-trained psychology.

Over trade and over lot can be overcome in 3 ways, namely discipline in applying MM, discipline in controlling psychology and obeying the trading routes we have created.

if we can't handle over lots and over trades then usually we will lose even though we will often be exposed to CLL margin even though sometimes we forget because we already got big profits in short

Over trade and overload are actually the same, only differ in the use of strategies, if an over lot is a few transactions but a large lot, while an over trade is a small lot, there are many transactions.
