my target for trading is usually around 30pips a day

The target pips per day in my opinion is quite difficult if every day has to be achieved because not every day there is a good chance of entry.

Daily targets should not be determined absolutely because it will only impose psychology.

my target is not daily but swing can take several days, weekly with a target of 150pips
