According to the traders here, how much should we ideally be able to open entries in the market at one time? Is it enough just one, or more than that? And what is the reason behind it?

In my opinion, ideally, of course only one transaction because it will be more focused in monitoring the development of our analysis and market conditions. But in certain conditions it is common to use 2 or even more transactions in one trading session with the terms of the strategy appropriate and also mastered it well, for example, scalping strategies can take more than 1 transaction.

When I first started learning forex I liked the MArtingale technique, so I often opened many positions, even more than 10 positions, but now I prefer one position only.

We recommend that you first calculate the lot that you will use if you want to enter the market, I suggest you risk 1% of capital every time you open a position

For entry, it must be based on capital resilience, balancing and calculating capital to survive.
That way it will be balanced and can produce consistent profits.

Depending on the trading style that we use, if we are scalping then more than 1 can open transactions and there are even some extreme scalpers opening many positions simultaneously, but if we are a long-term trader then 1 or 2 positions is enough.

In my opinion, it is relative because there are no restrictions on entry in trading except certain strategies that sometimes there are brokers who limit the number of transactions, but if I think according to trading style because each trader has a different trading style.

should do the entry in accordance with what has become your trading strategy and style, do not force opening positions beyond trading plans and strategies. I only open 1-2 transactions until I reach the profit target or touch a new SL dare to open a new position.

We recommend that the number of position entries do not exceed our trading rules or in our strategy, we try to easily monitor and control transactions, especially related to how the total margin we must use and maximum position so as not to exceed the MM rule.

Opening a large number of positions will certainly affect the value of the profit opportunity and the risk that will be gained.

Depending with your strategy in trading, there are some trader that open two order with smallest lot size and set target on different level prices, but for low risk trading hence open one position and let will finished the trades even with profit or loss in the end

I usually open 1-3 entry positions in one trade and I adjust to the market range that occurs, if the movement in one pair is volatile sometimes I open a position up to 3 transactions.
