I'm sure everyone has done that. The point here is never get emotional about something that makes you lose and you have to be sincere about anything.

Everyone must have used emotions and we must be able to focus on carrying out these emotions stably so that we can get deep benefits

I have used emotions, but it all makes me disappointed and we must be able to eliminate it so that serious mistakes don't happen and something painful doesn't happen.

I think I traded emotionally because I was chasing targets and I was so afraid of missing out on good opportunities that I preferred to devote all my time to trading rather than building and practicing good trading habits.

everyone must have felt that way and using emotions is something common that is not allowed is when you are too emotional to get something

It's best to eliminate emotions when trading even if you are being chased by a target. You have the freedom to do what you want when you want because you are in control.

I often do that But I think when I use my emotions it becomes more chaotic and I think it's something wrong that you shouldn't do

If you use emotion then it will make it difficult for you to trade. So you must be able not to use emotion.  So you yourself will also focus there.

Using emotions is the wrong action when you trade forex. In my opinion, the most important thing here is to focus not to do it.
