required to follow the trend must be willing to do Losses, open orders with the determination of a clear follow trend.

counter trend and follow trend are the same in terms of trading strategies or systems. It's just that every trader sees a trend from various time frames so that the counter trend is not necessarily against the main trend.

I focus more on following trends and I will not change even though I use short-term trading, but my belief in a strong trend is good.

I think it depends on the type of trader itself, if you like swing trading, I think it is best to use a follow trend, because in terms of the target, the follow trend is more profitable. the target being pursued is bigger and further away from the counter trend. but if you like scalping I think it is suitable to use a counter trend, because the counter trend only uses price retrace. the target range is not too big and so far away. different again if the counter trend is right before the current trend will change direction, where the target can be twice the initial target. I personally prefer to follow the trend because the risks and rewards obtained are based on straight. in terms of safe follow trends are also advantageous because it does not fight the flow of the market.

if you have chosen one of the trading styles then you should obey and never change the style let alone from following the trend to the counter trend because many argue that the follow trend is better and safer.

I have a principle if I already use one style then I will not move to another style and the style I use is just to follow the trend.

I hold fast to my beliefs, especially related to trading style where I believe my trading system is good, just need an evaluation every time so that my trading system is better and profitable again.

It is not easy to get profit, but if I have always preferred trading with follow trends, usually the reference that I use is the weekly timeframe, and also daily, by observing the trend of trend movements in the timeframe, then I try to get an entry in the H1 area by waiting in a lower risk price area when referring to the major trend, because if you like to rush in just because seeing the major trend will usually be dragged first and this is in my opinion less effective because it takes longer, I rarely do counter trend because the risk is much greater even though there is a possibility of reversal at that time

merupah style from following trend to counter trend is a wrong decision because according to me, trend is better and safer than counter trend, but if the reason makes sense, it doesn't matter because couter trend is also a strategy.

I once changed my trading style from follow trend to counter trend but it still made me uncomfortable so I switched back to the follow trend trading style which I feel is better for the long term.

when we already have a good system then don't look for other systems or even switch styles from follow trends to counter trends or vice versa which we don't yet believe will suit us.

I used to only use the follow trend style and it seems that I already feel comfortable with the style and don't want to change styles, let alone move from one style to another style that will only make us doubt and undisciplined.

when we are comfortable with one style, don't ever change style because changing style is often not good and can cause us to tend to be unstable and often hesitant in applying anything and in making trading decisions.

Of course all traders have done it including me, but with very good consideration.
The change position will give a loss first so adjustments must be made to minimize losses.

Changing trading conditions from going against trends to following them is much better.
but it is better in any condition for each treding to always use a stop loss for security if trading against the direction of the trend
