I prefer to focus on only one trading style, because it makes me more calm and comfortable, trading must make us comfortable to be able to generate maximum profit of course

I often experience this because in addition to the counter trend I also follow the trend but of course I will do the counter trend if there is a sign that the trend is over.

for sure you have to be able to change the way you analyze using a longer period of time so you will get used to following the direction of a trend in the long term

Changing direction from a counter trend to following a trend has probably been done by all traders, I think it's a normal thing as long as we get profit.

Actually unconsciously we have become part of both where we counter the trend as well as follow the trend. We should not be too panicked by following the trend, if both of them can make a profit, why not try it.

changing it is quite easy you just use the longer timeframe and you only see how it moves up or down when you already know then you can Open a position using the shorter timeframe below it in the direction of the longer timeframe

The way to change it is from your own psychology. When you have a mindset like that, you can't change it, but when your mindset says that following the trend is good, you will automatically follow the trend.
