When you shift the stop loss it's the same as you don't believe in your way to open a position

The habit of shifting stop loss is a bad habit. Therefore, you don't have to do that every time you open an open position, you have to be sincere.

Actually moving stop loss to wider loss is a bad habit, but if moving stop loss because want to protect profit still possible just work like use trailing stop, however moving stop loss there are advantages and disadvantages, modify stop loss to larger distance if hit loss higher, and this is not recommended.

Even though the loss is a definite thing in trading so it can't be avoided anymore

Shifting the stop loss is not good because when you keep moving it slowly your money will run out.

If you do it once or twice, namely moving your stop loss, it's probably okay, but if you do it too often I don't think it's good.

Changing your stop loss often will make you uncomfortable and keep making mistakes, so don't ever change anything.
