Yesterday I saw on TV that someone had committed suicide because of Forex, it might have happened because that person wanted to get rich quick from forex trading. So really want to get rich quick from forex is not good for our psychology.

Don't panic when you trade because it will block your mind and you must also remember that trading should not be done in a wrong way. You must be able to do it in the right and good way.

The way to deal with panic is in a way so that you can control your emotions and don't have high hopes. So when you make a trading plan make sure it all makes sense so you don't panic.

to overcome panic you just do good things so don't let you not do things that make you uncomfortable so make sure whatever happens between you can be comfortable using all of this

don't be important because when you panic and you can't control yourself then it will be difficult to develop into a panic it won't be able to produce anything
