In my opinion, using it full time is more effective and you can use it to trade significantly.  This will make you feel more comfortable and always trade effectively.

If your capital is under $10,000 then my advice is not to become a full time trader because it is not certain that the profit generated will be sufficient for your needs. Becoming a full time trader requires a lot of experience and also requires good trading skills.

I don't think I can be a full time trader at the moment, because I see my trading is not that good, I think I will just go back to focusing on my main job
