In my opinion, losses should be calculated first before entering the market, and always use a stop loss even if you feel that your analysis is really good because of course this will affect your account.

If you have reached a serious frequency of defeat then you should stop. Then you focus on training because in my opinion when you focus on training it will be an added value for you.
