Follow trend trading is highly recommended because of its safety, but if a trader has not been able to identify a trend it will be useless and the same as trading counter trends.

follow trends better and safer, as happens with GBPUSD at the moment the trend continues to fall, if we go against it we will lose.

the trend is a trader's best friend, so if trading first determine the direction of the new trand looking for a position for the entry.
